To help us celebrate we will host another breath-taking performance by our one and only National Church Residences' Choir and hear closing thoughts from our esteemed leadership team.

HOUSING OPERATIONS LAB

The Housing Operations Labs will offer an opportunity for you to have hands on practice and ask the experts your most pressing how to questions in Housing. Representatives will be available from our support groups (Affordable Housing PPG and Programs, AP, HST, Leasing, and Accounting) to help you get the answers needed to feel confident in your day to day use Yardi, Open Lines and the PPG.  

CARE GUIDE LAB

Join the Support Service Team to learn about features of Care Guide, including Care Plans, Assessments, Health Events, Building Activities, and more! Demos of features will be provided while users are able to practice on the computer. Users can learn at their own pace about the topics they want to focus on. Facilitators will answer questions on features, coach on troubleshooting, and provide individualized instruction.

VIRTUAL DEMENTIA TOUR

Anyone involved in the care of seniors will encounter individuals living with dementia. The insight provided by the Virtual Dementia Tour® (VDT) will alter perspectives and change the way weapproachcaregiving.
 
During a Virtual Dementia Tour® experience, trained facilitators guide participants outfitted with patented devices that alter their senses while they try to complete common everyday tasks and exercises. The Tour enables caregivers to experience for themselves the physical and mental challenges those with dementia face, and use the experience to provide better person-centered care.
